Hello, I am Terrence McPherson, I am 31 years old, I enjoy poetry and performing spoken word. I graduated from an Academic Magnet school named Garrett Academy of Technology as part of the class of 2012 with knowledge in electronics and pre-engineering. I have then struggled through deciding what I wanted to do with my life bouncing from job to job as I moved from city to city up until 2014. To help with getting a perspective of what I may want to tackle as far as a career and major, I decided to go with employment at the College of Charleston to get insight from other students and hopefully through them I figured out what I'd like to do. I eventually came to the acceptance in 2017 that I would like to become a teacher. The thought of being an educator has always sat in the back of my mind, but I never thought I'd find the inspiration to do so. I did take some classes in between 2017 fall and 2020 fall and later decided not to pursue due to covid affecting my finances. I later moved back to Richmond in the summer of 2023 to live with my father and do an apprenticeship of learning how to run a business developing manager related habits and work experience. I now attend Full Sail University looking to receive my associate's degree in business in music to hopefully start my own proprietorship with a 3rd party management company.
